Review:
I’d call Fork an upscale steak house, although it is touted as an American Bistro. I had the hangar steak, which tasted very good, however I thought it had a bit too much of a smoky taste. I’m also not a very big fan of escarole. I also tried the chicken dish, which in my opinion was amazing. The tuna appetizer was nothing out of the ordinary. This is the only restaurant I’ve been to in recent memory in which every single desert was appealing, though. The restaurant itself is very well appointed and very romantic inside, however the atmosphere was very loud and it seemed crowded.
